Kick off the holiday season with the Dallas Holiday Parade! Join this fun holiday tradition in downtown Dallas and watch a cheerful parade with your whole family. Bleacher seating is available for $25. Did you know that the Dallas Holiday Parade goes back to 1987 when the Adolphus Hotel and the Children’s Medical Center Dallas each reached historic milestones and searched for a fun way to celebrate?
Another one of our favorite holiday events in Dallas is the Grapevine Parade of Lights. This holiday event is truly magical and such a fun experience for your whole family. The Parade of Lights features more than 100 lighted floats and marching bands. Make sure to come early to claim your spot along Historic Main Street.
SNOWDAY and Santaland are the ultimate holiday experience for all ages. Hop on board the Santaland Express and start the magical journey through an enchanted path filled with starry lights, polar bears, and endless photo ops leading to Santa.

Radiance! & Frozen in Frisco is such a fun holiday activity! This holiday light experience is a must-see. It features a total of 3 million lights. In addition to the stunning Radiance! Don’t miss one of our favorite holiday events in Dallas, the grand tree lightening celebration at Klyde Warren Park. This Dallas holiday tradition is a fun family event featuring live music, activities, visits from Santa’s friends Frosty and Rudolph, photos with Santa, story time with Mrs. Claus, face painting, crafts, games and of course the tree lighting.
Are you ready for a holiday movie night? Head to Klyde Warren Park and enjoy a free outdoor movie screening of The Santa Clause. Bring some blankets and chairs and get comfy on the lawn and enjoy some delicious food from the food trucks at the park.
Did you know that the 95 foot Christmas tree at the Galleria is the biggest indoor Christmas tree in the county? Join the Galleria for their Grand Tree Lighting Celebration. Enjoy a spectacular ice-skating show with a fireworks finale featuring Missile Toes, Galleria’s famed ice-skating Santa.

The Downtown Stocking Stroll one of our favorite holiday events in Dallas. Pack up your whole family and head to Main Street Garden Park. Visit your favorite Downtown merchants for fun holiday stuffers and treats. Main Street Garden will also host the Boho Market with local shops, a hot cocoa station, and FREE train rides at the park!
Are you ready for a holiday adventure? Enchant presented by the Hallmark Channel is one of the largest holiday light parks. This holiday light experience in Dallas features an immersive walk-thru light maze created with over 4 million sparkling lights, a 100-foot-tall tree, a unique ice-skating trail, live entertainment, visits with Santa, a holiday market, festive treats, fun holiday cocktails, and so much more!
