The hotel pool is adjacent to the restaurant so not only do you get to enjoy the views of the city but also the gorgeous rooftop pool sets the perfect scene.

5. Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita

Dolores rooftop is found in the heart of Brickell and we absolutely love it here! The rooftop view is gorgeous and the food is amazing. The restaurant was once home to a Miami fire station, and based on the classic design, you can tell. While the design is classic, it is nowhere near simple. It offers a historic feel while being surrounded by modern-looking skyscrapers, and this is just one of the reasons we love it.

During the day you can choose to sit inside or on the outside rooftop patio, and as the sun goes down you’ll notice a distinct difference in the overall feel of the restaurant. Enjoy music and VIP areas as the sun goes down.
