Of course when we’re talking about theme parks we’re going to mention all of the fun rides and attractions. SeaWorld is home to some thrilling coasters like the recently opened Ice Breaker, Mako, and the Kraken. Who else can’t wait for their newest coaster, Pipeline: The Surf Coaster, to open next year! And if you aren’t a big adrenaline junkie, enjoy some of their other rides like the flamingo paddle boats, sky tower, and Journey to Atlantis. Plus for the kiddos, head over to Sesame Street for a bunch of kid-friendly coasters and rides featuring some of their fave sesame street characters.

Their thrilling coasters and attractions are definitely top of the list of the best things to do at SeaWorld during your visit.

Animal Encounters

What’s SeaWorld without the marine life? From orcas to dolphins to penguins to flamingo there are so many different animals to check out. We’re a big fan of the immersive Manta Aquarium. This 360° aquarium allows you to join into the marine ecosystem with over 30o0 different marine animals. Not only does SeaWorld have local animals like in their manatee rehabilitation area, but they also have animals from around the world like in their arctic exhibit where you can get up close with walruses, belugas, and pengiuns.

 

The WILD sea life and incredible animal encounters have to be on your list of things to do at SeaWorld.

Shows and Entertainment

One of the most iconic parts of the SeaWorld is the Orca Encounter. During this presentation, learn about one of the ocean’s most powerful predators. And of course SeaWorld also how a show with one of the ocean’s most beloved animals: bottlenose dolphins! You can also enjoy a fun presentation featuring sea lions and otters and head over to Sesame Street for a chance to catch the party parade! We guarantee you’ll have not only a deeper understanding of marine life after your visit, you’ll have a deeper appreciation too!
