With five kinds of french toast, six types of Eggs “Bennie” and fourteen different omelettes, you may have to return for multiple trips! Wildflower Cafe is a quaint, mom-and-pop breakfast spot in Clearwater. With the area being touristy and beach centered, Wildflower Cafe is a great escape from the crowds. Their cozy and floral inspired decor is super cute and great to slow down the pace of a busy work week. Not to mention, their food is inspired by elevated, home-cooked flavors.
For brunch in Clearwater, we recommend visiting this spot for their Wildflower Signature Crepe— an egg crepe filled with mushrooms, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. There’s also the Mile High Baked French Toast which is crisped on the edges like the perfect brownie and served with fresh strawberries.
Maggie Mae's Waterfront
Maggie Mae’s Waterfront is steps away from Sand Key beach. This unassuming spot from the exterior has a beautiful back patio with an open view to the water. This spot will remind you of your favorite breakfast spot from your hometown, except you can go on a quick walk on the beach after!
Their most popular meal includes their Signature Corned Beef Hash, which is made in house and never canned. They are also known for their amazing cheese hash brown casserole served with eggs and toast!
Located at the Opal Sands resort, this chic and waterfront restaurant is great to put a twist on your regular Sunday brunch. Their menu is Italian inspired, bringing in new flavors to your breakfast features.
We recommend their Italian Benedict, made with toasted ciabatta crostinis, warm capicola slices and fresh buffalo mozzarella. Their fresh ingredients look gorgeous in the natural lighting, coming from the wide windows with an ocean view. We recommend ordering their fresh pressed coffee to relax and enjoy the view.
Crabby's Beachwalk Bar & Grill
Crabby’s is a family tradition for the Clearwater locals. Their second floor view and menu that pleases all members of the family has people coming back for more. The brunch at Crabby’s gives a seafood spin to your brunch favorites. We recommend their yummy Floridian omelette which has fresh jumbo red shrimp, juicy diced tomatoes and cheddar jack cheese.
