Dunedin Brewery
Behold, the oldest microbrewery in Florida and one of the best breweries in Dunedin! The Dunedin Brewery has been fermenting since 1996 in the Scottish part of town. They have daily events, as well as live music on the weekends, indoor and outdoor seating, and a full dining menu.
The space is created by local friendliness, good beer, and tasty food. They are one of the few breweries in the area with a full kitchen, offering delicious options from pizzas to wings and even vegan-friendly dishes!
If you’re a truly local beer lover, odds are you’ve been to the Dunedin Brewery and have had their legendary apricot peach ale, but if not, we encourage you to hop in for one!
Located in the heart of Dunedin and right off the Pinellas Trail, you’ll find Cueni Brewing Co. They offer great handcrafted beers brewed in-house and mainly focus on English Ales and Belgians. We’d recommend ordering a flight to try out a few to find your favorites. The open interior, bar, and outdoor area offer plenty of seating to gather with your friends.
A major key to any brewery is their board game collection and Cueni has tons of them to keep you engaged while enjoying a beer buzz! They host tasting events too, so be sure to check their social pages for upcoming events.
Woodwright Brewing Company is located in a rustic old building with character and delicious craft beer and is one of the more unique breweries in Dunedin. The wood craftsmanship adds personality to the interior, creating a warm and friendly vibe. It’s a great place to enjoy live music outdoors in their beer garden. They also have a tasting room, cozy loft, and an old woodworking shop. Woodwright Brewing Company specializes in brewing traditional German and European styled beer. A popular beer loved by many locals is their Hefeweizen.
Occasionally you might run into one of their “Shows in the Shop” with live music in the woodworking shop. You’ll have to purchase a ticket so be sure to check their social accounts for showtimes and more info!
We’d recommend giving Woodwright Brewing a visit if you’re looking for a wholesome experience and a solid craft beer selection. You’ll feel like family here even if it’s your first time visiting!
With two locations in Tampa Bay, you have no excuse but to visit! 7venth Sun provides Tampa and Dunedin with house-brewed sour beers, saisons, IPAs, and more. The tap list here is ever-changing. They take traditional beer styles and add their own approach with the help of Florida’s fruits and citrus.
We’d recommend getting a flight of their sour craft beers. They come in a fun and creative tower that is definitely Instagram worthy! The Dunedin location also offers a cool atmosphere that’s dog friendly! With a location that’s walkable to the unique shops and restaurants in Dunedin, you’ll be doing yourself a favor to stop in for a cold craft beer.
Dunedin House of Beer has quickly become a hot spot in town for beer lovers. They have an exceptional beer list with over 40 beers on tap that change daily. This is a great place to start a night out. The vibe is super friendly and easy-going. They have fun games to keep you entertained like pinball, four square, giant Jenga, and more.
Be sure to check out Dunedin House of Beer’s Night Market every 2nd Friday for local arts and crafts, food vendors, live music, and, of course, beer!
Caledonia Brewing is a small-batch craft brewery right in downtown Dunedin. They’re located in the historic Dunedin Times building, adding a little extra culture and vintage feel to the experience. They serve around 20 of their own brews in addition to cider, wine, and a revolving tap from neighboring breweries. They have TVs on and ready for you to cheer on your favorite sports teams!
With plenty of seats and a very welcoming interior with unique exposed brick, Caledonia Brewing is the perfect brewery to just sit back and relax.
Soggy Bottom Brewing combines amazing handcrafted beer with entertainment that brings everyone together! The variety of in-house beers at Soggy Bottom Brewing are favorites to many, especially the coconut porter. If you’re not in a beer mood, they also carry wine on tap and a few delicious ciders.
Challenge your pals to pool, darts, cornhole, or a board game while you’re here or lounge around. They have plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. They also recently revamped their front patio, making it cool and welcoming right off the bat.
