What makes this food truck unique is the variety of meat options on the menu like confit beef cheeks, smoky brisket burgers, and salty bacon ribs. The owner takes a lot of his inspiration from seeing other people’s barbecue creations while putting his own spin on then. I don’t know if it’s just us, but sometimes it can feel like a treasure hunt trying to find quality Italian food spots. IL Saporis has so many authentic pasta dishes at such an affordable price that it feeds the soul. This easily became our favorite go-to because we’re always craving a good creamy pasta dish. We recommend the pesto gnocchi. It’s the perfect comfort food for any night.
