Located in the Historic Springfield neighborhood, The District is a unique restaurant that serves a delicious brunch Friday through Sunday. They have amazing brunch boards to share with the table, as well as tasty seafood and grits, omelets, and other savory entrees to keep for yourself.
While every plate on their brunch menu is absolutely mouthwatering, the must-try unique addition to brunch at The District is one of their cocktail towers. You can order a sangria, rosé, prosecco, or (our favorite) mimosa tower, which is served with 3 juices, an assortment of fruits, and purees and syrups! Enjoy a yummy brunch inside, or outdoors under the sun in their beautiful peacock garden. Be sure to visit The District during brunch, you don’t want to miss out on this fun dining experience!

Their hash starts with seasoned house fries and then gets covered with chorizo sausage, caramelized onions, cheese, green onions, grape tomatoes and topped with two fried eggs. Are you drooling yet?
Tip: Hoptinger also has a mimosa flight! Try your champagne with peach, pear, or mango mixes, and never tire of your bubbly!
