Filled to the brim with delicious coffee and an incredible mission, Palate Coffee Brewery is the place to be when you’re craving a quality roast. This family owned business offers everything from seasonal sips to specialty lattes and everything in between. Stop in for a tall glass of their iced Mangrove Latte with symphonies of both chocolate and honey, or take home a bag of the Palate House Blend to brew from the comfort of your own home. Every cup purchased from this community-built goes to helping victims and survivors of human trafficking–a shop with a mission to make coffee and make change.

2. Mahogany Coffee Shop

A bold stop both in flavor and aesthetic, Mahogany Coffee Shop really knows how to craft a cup you’ll remember. Located In Henry’s Depot, this hidden gem comes equipped with chic décor, signature cold brews, frothy lattes, and knowledgeable baristas ready to whip up a concoction sure to have you raring and ready to take on the day. We recommend trying out their Mahogany Mocha or for a little fun, go with the foamy Indigo to add a pop of blue to your brew.

A new stop on the block, Quigley Coffee Company takes the meaning of “to-go” to a whole new level. A gourmet coffee cart, Quigley is typically parked inside the doors of Thrift on 26 in Sanford, but also picks up and takes their brews on the road for events, pop ups, and rentals. Their new signature fall beverage is known as the Smokey Bokey with espresso, milk, smoked tea syrup, almond, and vanilla. Full of joy and java, Quigley will undoubtedly bring the sunshine to start your day.
