The Henry B. Plant Museum lives within the 1891 Tampa Bay Hotel, containing actual furnishings that were present when the hotels first round of guests appeared. The museum represents the arrival of turn-of-the-century America and the vision of the transportation pioneer Henry B. Plant.

The Tampa Museum of Art is one of our favorite downtown Tampa attractions. A must-visit for Art and History lovers, you can explore downtown right after your visit without having to get back in your car!
The museum regularly cycles through exhibits, representing various cultures and mediums over the years. With a uniquely designed playground located right outside the building and the Glazier Children’s Museum just a few steps away, you’ll have plenty to distract the kiddos with.
