Roka Hula is a modern tiki bar and speakeasy serving up exotic cocktails and elevated dishes! Although it might not be a Halloween bar, it's giving the spookiest vibes and is the perfect spot for the season! ILocated in Dr. Phillips, this hidden speakeasy with a secret entrance inside of Voodoo Bayou has the coolest vibes and the most delicious food and drinks. Our recommendation: We absolutely loved The Freaky Frank and Dead-Lee cocktails, and we couldn’t get enough of the Truffle Parmesan Edamame!
