It’s Pi Day! We may not be the best at math but we sure do know how to eat! We love pie in all shapes and sizes. Whether it’s sweet, savory, dessert, or dinner, we haven’t met a pie we didn’t like. If eating pie on Pi Day is wrong, then we don’t want to be right. So what are the best pies in Pittsburgh, you ask? That’s a great question. Check out our favorites and let us know what yours are!
We don’t know the difference between cobbler and pie and honestly, we don’t care. Cobbler World can take all our money! You really can’t go wrong as they offer a variety of pies, cobblers, cakes, and other baked goods. If pies don’t do it for you, then their gobs definitely will! Our recommendation is to just try one of everything – that way you can’t go wrong!

What is Pi Day without pizza pie! Here are some of our favorite pizzas in the Burgh.
The famous Deam Martin once said, “When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that’s amore”. And we couldn’t agree more! This Pittsburgh gem has been around for 64 years and they aren’t stopping anytime soon. There’s nothing that says “Pittsburgh” quite like a Mineo’s pizza. We love the classic cheese pizza but we’ll let you be the judge.

Another favorite among Yinzers, Fiori’s is a classic. If you’re looking for a true Pittsburgh experience, head down to Fiori’s in the South Hills. If you order the pepperoni pizza, don’t be alarmed when you can’t find the pepperoni. It’s hiding under the cheese for a delicious surprise in every bite!
