Orlando is home to plenty of attractions, theme parks, and big ticketed family-fun stops, but the best parts of The City Beautiful lie far away from these tourist-heavy stops and are nestled in the heart of downtown.

Bustling with life – day or night – at bars and restaurants, live entertainment, outdoor experiences, art exhibitions, coffee shops, and so much more, there’s no shortage of a full day-worth of activities to enjoy. So get your bucket list handy because we’re creating the ultimate itinerary for a day full of fun in Downtown Orlando!

1. Scooter around the city!

Sure, it’s fun to take the city by storm on foot, but the adventure is far more exciting when you’re on wheels! All around the town, you’ll find scooters to snag, rent, and ride to your next destination.

Orlando’s Scooter Share is made possible through smartphone apps, GPS technology, and dockless returns. So before you pop out for a day in the city, check out some of the nearby return and pickup locations for scooters around the city!

2. Take a stroll around Lake Eola
