Introducing the new seafood hot spot on Water Street by the creators of Oxford Exchange: Predalina! You know and love their Kennedy Oxford Exchange concept, amazing brunch food and lunch eats in a refined, classy environment, so there’s a lot of buzz around this newly-opened spot! Predalina is a seafood-driven Mediterranean concept, in a totally Instagrammable space. It also features a raw bar, a wine cellar, and a 2,000-square-foot outdoor patio.

Found inside the Tampa Marriott Water Street Hotel, Lona by Chef Richard Sandoval is a modern Mexican restaurant. Their Chef’s Specials are all amazing takes on traditional dishes and we highly recommend the Steak Tampiqueña, made with grilled skirt steak, refried beans, rajas and corn enmolada. Their beverage menu is also extensive, serving up margaritas, sangria, mojitos and much more!

Small Giant, located in Channelside and Water Street, offers some of the most delicious food in the area. After grabbing a bite, why not head to Amalie Arena for a show or game? We absolutely love Chill Bros! Their ice cream is seriously delicious, with a wide variety of rotating flavors and huge portions that are sure to satisfy your taste buds. We highly recommend trying as many flavors as you can, but we have to admit that our favorites are the Bee’s Knees, Sicilian Pistachio, Guava Pastelito, and the Double-Down Oreo.
If you’re not sure which flavor to choose, we suggest going for The Flight, which includes 6 different flavors of ice cream. And for all the vegans out there, don’t worry – these bros have got you covered! Try the vegan version of their classic Double-Down Oreo, we swear by it!
Nearby are a lot of great art installations, so it’s a perfect stop while on a walk on Water Street!

Thankfully, you don’t have to limit yourself to just one menu item – share with friends! We love more than just one, including the Korean Barbecue Beef Bao, Tokyo Fries, and the Bang Bang Cauli! Their craft cocktails are also amazing.
Quick tip: You can’t go wrong with anything on the cocktail menu. We tried the Blossom and Kabira Bay – we loved them all!

Ash is a new Italian-inspired restaurant coming soon to Water Street. It is the third restaurant from Proper House Group and Chef Ferrell Alvarez in the area, joining Gallito Taqueria and Dang Dude at Sparkman Wharf. Proper House Group and Alvarez’s team are also responsible for Rooster & the Till in Seminole Heights, which received Michelin’s Bib Gourmand Award. Ash is expected to open in fall 2023 on the first floor of Asher, the district’s newest residential development.

One of the greatest sports bar chains in the U.S. is coming to Tampa Bay! We love their location in Orlando, offering spins on your favorite bar eats. You’ll find wings, Korean BBQ tacos, and our favorite – the Cali Roll Stack! There are also a lot of great vegan and vegetarian options too! This location will officially open on October 7th, so mark your calendars.
When it comes to drinks there are over 100 drafts on tap, it’s your chance to try something new every day! You’ll get to enjoy good music, great food, and amazing beer in one place.
At 3 Corners Pizza on Water Street, customers can soon enjoy delicious New York-style pizza pies and slices in a comfortable sit-down setting. The restaurant is led by local restaurateur Noel Cruz, who is known for his highly regarded restaurants including Ichicoro Ramen! In addition to its pizza, the restaurant offers a full liquor bar with unique cocktails and an extensive draft beer program.
Toastique is a gourmet toast and juice bar on Water Street that will soon offer fresh, seasonal, and responsibly sourced products. The chic, rustic atmosphere is perfect for early breakfast, corporate lunch, or post-workout fuel-up.
