Sounds like a blast at the Andretti Indoor Karting and Games located on International Dr. in Orlando! Andretti Indoor Karting and Games is free to enter, and everything is pay as you go, which means you get to choose what you want to do.
Andretti also has a full restaurant and bar, so you can enjoy their delicious food and drinks while you play. They also offer play packages so you can get the most fun for your buck!
With tickets starting at just $19.50 for adults, the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens is the perfect cheap day-trip in Orlando. Discover amazing animals like giraffes, bears, tortoises, rhinos, leopards, sloths, and more (oh my)!
If you love the zoo, they also offer group rates, senior discounts, and even an annual pass! And you can feel good about your purchases at the zoo, for they donate to various conservation funds. The zoo also provides education about endangered and threatened species, which inspires others to care for these amazing animals each and every day.
Nowhere else in Florida can you find a comedy club like the SAK Comedy Lab, located in downtown Orlando. Next up on our list of cheap things to do in Orlando, SAK offers improv comedy acts that will have you crying in your seats, and each show is different due to the incredible actors and audience participation. If you’re a fan of the show “Whose Line is it Anyways,” this place is for you!
General admission starts at $20, and you can choose between different shows like “Duel of Fools” “King of the Hill,” and you can even attend improv classes throughout the week! Support your local Orlando artists at SAK Comedy Lab.
Do you have what it takes to brave the skies? Orlando StarFlyer is Orlando’s tallest swing that will have you 450 feet up, seeing views all over Central Florida. Located on International Drive by Icon Park, it’s hard to miss this iconic tower, and you might even hear the screams of riders as you pass by.
With tickets at only $10 per person, money is definitely not an excuse not to ride! With that price, you can forget about your fear of heights. However, there is a StarFlyer bar right next to the swings just in case you need some liquid courage before.
Many people come to Orlando for the amazing theme parks and tourist destinations, but did you know that Winter Park was here before the theme parks? You can learn fun and historical facts about Winter Park on the Winter Park Scenic Boat Tour. Travel through the beautiful Venetian canals in Winter Park and learn what makes this city so special!

Orlando has so many great places where you can bring your friends, a blanket, and enjoy a night movie under the stars. Whether you’re in downtown Orlando, Kissimmee, or even Maitland, outdoor movies are a great, cheap thing to do in Orlando.

No bike? No problem! The West Orange Bike Trail Rental has got you covered! Located in Winter Garden right on the West Orange Trail, they have Orlando’s largest selection of road and comfort bikes to rent. They offer hourly rentals, full-day rentals that can be delivered, and guided tours through some of Orlando’s oldest historic districts!
With bike rentals starting at just $9 an hour, it’s a great place to bring the family and enjoy the beautiful outdoors! Make sure to ask the guides for their recommendations. There are so many places to stop along the way!
The Mennello Museum of American Art is another one of our favorite cheap things to do in Orlando. It’s located on Princeton Street just north of downtown Orlando and offers a beautiful selection of permanent paintings by Earl Cunningham, as well as rotating exhibitions of contemporary American art. They also have a stunning sculpture garden that hosts yoga every Sunday morning.
Admission to the museum is only $5, so it’s a great way to spend the day educating yourself and learning a little about the great American artists of all time! It’s also located right on the Urban Trail in Orlando, so next time you pass by, be sure to stop in!
Orlando has so many different museums and gardens, and they are a great, inexpensive way to explore. Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens is no exception! Located in Winter Park, this beautiful museum is dedicated to promoting the Czech artist Albin Polasek. The museum and sculpture gardens also host paint and wine nights, and they are even open for reservations if you want to have a wedding or reception here.
Adult admission is only $10 and students are $8, so it’s definitely worth it to see all the beautiful art and sculptures!
Enjoy retro-themed dining, glow-in-the-dark bowling balls, and delicious food and entertainment at King’s Dining and Entertainment in Orlando! King’s Dining offers amazing deals like the weekday warrior all you can play for only $16 Monday—Friday from 2PM-6PM, as well as happy hour food and drink specials. That sounds like a deal!
There are also plenty of big screens for you to watch the big game at the bar and other arcade and social games to spend the day on with your friends.

The Bronze Kingdom is an exciting African Art Gallery and Museum that aims to educate others about the richly robust legacy of Africa through educational, historical, creative, and technological exhibitions and programs. Without a doubt, we knew we had to add it to our list of cheap things to do in Orlando!
Located on International Drive, the Bronze Kingdom is a great place to spend the day learning and observing African bronze, beaded, and wood sculptures from all over Africa dating back to the early 1600s. Check out their website to see all the exciting events coming up at the gallery! You can even host your own event at their beautiful Serengeti restaurant.
Wildflower Farm is a small, family-run farm in the heart of Orlando that hosts so many exciting events! Baby goat yoga, Party in the Pasture, Fables on the Farm, or Family Time on the Farm are some of their events that allow both adults and children to interact with the goats on the property!
The farm also has amazing goat milk, soap, fresh eggs, and other local handmade goods for you to purchase at their store. Interacting with the goats starts at $15, with a full yoga class only costing $22! Come relax and be a kid again as you play with the “kids” at Wildflower Farm!
Last on our list of cheap things to do in Orlando is Southern Hill Farms. Just west of Orlando, Southern Hill Farms is your go-to spot for u-pick blueberries, sunflowers, zinnias, strawberries, and now, peaches! The farm is the perfect place to spend the day, for along with the u-pick fields, they also have tractor rides, homemade food and drinks, and food trucks to experience.
Admission to the farm is free, but the u-pick field pass is $5. Blueberries are $5/lb, peaches are $4/lb, sunflowers are $2 per flower, and zinnias are $1 per flower. Check out their website and social media for upcoming events and more information about pricing!
