Summer is here, and you’re probably looking for fun ways to beat the heat. We don’t blame you Orlando! That Florida sun is no joke. That’s why we’re going to be hitting the water parks all summer long. And lucky for us, there are a variety of spots to choose from. Fun-filled locations that have thrilling water slides and relaxing lazy rivers—truly something for everyone.

Island H2O

First up, we have Island H2O Live! Located at the Promenade at Sunset Walk within Margaritaville, with body slides, tubes, racing slides, and an interactive splash zone.

At Island H2O, you can even pick and choose your own music and lighting for a number of attractions! They also have different selfie stations, video booths, and on-ride photo ops to share on social media!

Universal's Volcano Bay

Next, we have the iconic volcano that you’ve probably seen while driving on I-4, Universal’s Volcano Bay!

It is definitely your go-to water park that you have to visit this summer! With water slides, wave pools, lounge chairs, and a relaxing winding river, you can also relax all day while waiting in line with their virtual line system! Next, we have a waterpark staple in Orlando, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon! It is one of the two water parks at Walt Disney World, is based on a typhoon’s shipwreck, and boasts one of Orlando’s largest wave pools. With water slides, a giant wave pool, and river raft rides.

Orlando Watersports Complex is a unique park that is designed for wakeboarding, kneeboarding, wakeskating, and waterskiing! OWC is the only park in the US that has two cable parks, one for beginners/intermediate and another for advanced sliders!
