Even if you’ve never boxed before, the trainers will break it down punch by punch for you so that you can catch on quick. If you’re ready to take it to the next level, you can sign up for personal training sessions and get in the ring (literally) 1 on 1 with an instructor.
For $149, you can sign up for their month to month unlimited class program. You’ll even get gloves, hand wraps, and a heart monitor with that deal. There are locations in South Tampa and St. Pete, so no matter which side of the Bay you’re on there’s a gym near you.
