The Columbia Restaurant has been named "One of Florida's Top Restaurants" since 1967.  For more than 117 years, this Hispanic-owned restaurant has served Spanish-Cuban cuisine to the state of Florida, using family recipes and tradition. The Columbia Restaurant in Ybor has a total of 52,000 square feet with seating for up to 1,700 customers and encompasses an entire city block - a branch of a long-standing local chain dating back to 1905!  The Cuban sandwich and the 1905 salad are must-try items when dining at The Columbia! 😋 🍲 ❤️

I suggest ordering the Ropa Vieja! Everyone seems to be sleeping that menu item and it's one of the Cuban classics you need to try. It's shredded beef served with plantains and rice!

The 1905 salad is to DIE for!!! Columbia is a Tampa staple. The inside is stunning and a great place to learn the history of Tampa Bay 🤩🤩

This is such a Tampa staple. Must get the 1905 salad, I could eat that everyday. I also recommend getting a dinner and flamenco show, so fun! Located right in Ybor, this is the perfect dinner spot before you hit the bars!

Columbia has the best salad in the world—the Original 1905 Salad...I'm drooling just thinking about it, I love going there for lunch and ordering the half-and-half combo: half a Cuban sandwich and half of the salad!
