Farm-to-table, but make it actually farm-to-table. Husband-and-wife duo Jen and Tim Curci started this as a Tampa farm back in 2013, and it’s grown into one of our favorite all-day spots for feel-good, delicious food. Solar-powered, zero-waste, and genuinely delicious! Fat Beet earned a Michelin Green Star in 2026 for its commitment to sustainability, and we think that’s pretty amazing.

Proof that you don’t need white tablecloths to earn a Michelin nod! Just world-class BBQ. The Brisket Shoppe finally landed on the 2026 recommended list, and we couldn’t be more excited. Japanese ingredients meet Italian cooking, and yes, it’s exactly as delicious as it sounds. Chef Eric Fralick got hooked on this concept while living in Japan, and we are SO glad he brought it to Tampa Bay! From the same dream team behind Michelin-starred Koya and Noble Rice, Kinjo is already one of the best restaurants in Tampa Bay. Oh, and the chef took home the 2026 Michelin Young Chef Award!

Romantic, cozy, and full of surprises. Chef BT Nguyen’s motto is “eat local, think global,” and the menu is exactly that: Vietnamese soul, French technique, and incredible flavor. We love the Basque-inspired pink prawns, but fair warning: everything sounds so good you’re going to want to order the whole menu!
Wine lovers, meet your new favorite spot. Bar Terroir just earned its first Michelin nod in 2026, and we’re obsessed. The natural wine program is so impressive, and the produce-driven menu is the perfect companion. We recommend letting the staff guide your wine pairing; they know their stuff!

Michelin recommended and totally worthy! Ponte is our go-to for a special night out that delivers from start to finish. We recommend the crab cake, it’s a 10/10, the Chilean sea bass is the best, and the short ribs melt in your mouth. Don’t skip the cheesecake!
St. Pete’s newest Michelin-recognized gem and one of our favorite spots in Tampa Bay! The focaccia is an absolute must; they make it fresh right at the bar, and you will want to order extra. We also recommend The Radiatore Alla Vodka (one of the best pasta dishes we’ve had), and, if you’re feeling fancy, the wagyu strip is easily the best steak in St. Pete!

If you’re into Japanese pub vibes, sake, and small plates meant to be shared, this Michelin-recommended spot is your new favorite spot! This cozy izakaya-inspired gem in St. Pete has one of the best sake selections we’ve come across. Run, don’t walk. This gem is serving up what might genuinely be the best sandwich in Sarasota, and the focaccia is the real star of the show. The menu rotates weekly, everything is organic and seed oil-free, and the portions are seriously generous. The Prime Rib Dip on rosemary loaf. You have to try it!

Detroit-style pizza in Sarasota? Yes, and it’s incredible. Tralia is one of our favorite new spots on the 2026 Michelin list. The crispy cheese edges, the flavorful toppings, and that perfectly baked crust are the real deal. We love the vodka Detroit-style pizza (add the gorgonzola, trust us!), and the black brick walls, artsy chalk murals, and total chill energy make it just as fun to hang out in as it is to eat at. A great one for groups!
