Here are some of our favorite dog friendly places in Jacksonville!
Free Dog Parks

Located downtown at Riverside Park, this is one of the most dog friendly places in Jacksonville! With a variety of dedicated areas for both small and large breeds, shady spots and benches for dog owners to rest, and water and clean up stations you pup will hardly know what to do with themself. Whether you’re just looking for a place to let them run it out or are meeting someone for a doggy play date, this is the place.

Tillie K Fowler Park
Looking for the perfect place to get your steps in with your pup? Head on owner to Tillie Fowler park! With both hiking trails and biking trails available, you and your four legged friend will have the time of your lives exploring to your hearts content.
Paid Dog Parks

Located in Jacksonville Beach, Paws Park is a membership playground for dog owners and their dogs! Guests can enjoy an off-leash dog park with both a large-dog and small-dog area, as well as watering bowls, benches, and an educational bulletin board with community events! Paws Park is handicap accessible.

A place for your pup to have fun while also benefitting fellow animals in need? What could be better! This membership-required dog park offers a variety of amenities for your pup to enjoy from bathing stations, turf, swimming pools and more! Better yet? All proceeds benefit Nassau Humane Society.

Brewhound is an acre of mingling with your mutts! Beer and your barking bud is the best combination. They provide a fenced in area as well as trails if you want to enjoy a hiking adventure! The humans have it good too; Brewhound offers an outdoor bar and their beer garden serves Bold bean coffee and local craft beer and wine.

Dogwood is the largest dog park in Jacksonville! You can buy a membership if you plan to visit this dog park often or pay $11 for visitor admission for the first dog and an additional $1.25 for any additional dog. Also, make sure to check out their requirements before bringing your pup!

Kanine Social is Jacksonville’s first-ever dog park AND craft beer/coffee bar! They offer premiere doggie daycare, dog boarding, and they are the only dog park with both indoor and outdoor parks. Not to mention, they host some great events.

Woofstock
Come and enjoy some great music, beer and food with some of your furry friends. The inaugural Woofstock music festival is coming to Jax and is sure to be one of the best dog friendly places in Jacksonville!
Free to attend, there will be activities for all ages, including several of the areas best vendors, food trucks and a variety of live bands and activities. Best of all? This festival is, of course, dog friendly!

Have you been to the market under the bridge? Located in downtown Riverside, the fan-favorite riverside arts market (RAM) is one of the best dog friendly places in Jacksonville! With dozens of vendors to explore, food to smell and people to meet your pup is sure to have a great time.

Dog-friendly Locations
Don’t you wish that every place we went to allowed dogs? We respect the many reasons why some places do not allow dogs but we are here to tell where you CAN bring your dog in Jacksonville!

Wicked Barley is a waterfront brewery that offers a large outdoor – dog friendly Beer Garden, Kayak Launch, and a 100′ boat dock! Yes, you can pull up in your boat with your pup and enjoy some local beer and grub! They also host some great events and entertainment so make sure to check them out with your doggo!

Aardwolf Brewing is located in San Marco and they offer a great outdoor patio where you and your dog can grab a picnic table and hangout!

Kickbacks is located in Riverside/Avondale area and is definitely one of the most unique restaurants in Jacksonville. They have a wall filled with pennies, “fluffed-nutter sandwiches” on the menu, and they allow us to bring our dogs to enjoy all the amazing things they have to offer! Oh and did we mention the have one of the biggest and best beer selections in the world? And we know Jax not only loves their dogs but they love their beer too!
