We’re already calling this our new all-day go-to—coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning, dirty mini martinis and beef tallow fries by night. You have to try the Rose’s Tray for Two and keep an eye out for those sports-inspired cocktails (Florida Smash, anyone?).
This authentic Chinese spot just opened, and it’s already one of our go-to spots for dumplings, especially the Xiao Long Bao. We highly recommend the black truffle & pork soup dumplings and shrimp & chive dumplings!

A Cuban woman-owned walk-up matcha pop-up bringing chaotic energy and seriously good drinks to Tampa. Expect ceremonial-grade matcha, fun flavors, and pop-ups! It’s matcha culture without the “clean girl morning routine” vibe: perfect for a 3 pm pick-me-up or late-night creative spiral.
