Peppermint Lounge: An upcoming 1960s-inspired vinyl bar blending live music, retro aesthetics, and craft cocktails into a soulful nightlife experience. Inspired by the legendary New York venue of the same name, the concept also plans to host youth music programs during daytime hours.
Pepe’s Cantina: Expanding to Seminole with a larger, lounge-style restaurant serving contemporary Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes alongside creative cocktails and brunch offerings. The vibrant concept is known for its extensive margarita menu, colorful atmosphere, and modern take on traditional favorites.
